Dill Sauce - Chef Kip Peters, Executive Chef, South

Chef Peters often serves
this simple but excellent sauce with salmon and other fish dishes.
It is easy enough for anyone to make and will make any gourmet happy.
Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup dijon mustard
1/4 cup fresh dill
Salt and pepper
Mix first three ingredients.
Add dill. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Chill
for 1/2 hour and taste again to adjust seasoning as needed.
Yields 2 cups.
