Wasabi Dipping Sauce - Judy

By combining some of
the ingredients available at the Good Gourmet with some of your
pantry items, it is often easy to make some outstanding sauces very
quickly. Here Judy Shertzer shows us how by using a wonderful
Ginger Wasabi sauce from Robert Rothschild. This sauce was
served as a dipping sauce for crab cakes at the "Fat Tuesday"
cooking class.
Ingredients:
3 tbsp. Robert Rothschild Ginger Wasabi Sauce
8 tbsp. mayonnaise
juice of 1/2 a lemon.
Just mix ingredients
together in a small bowl. If you prefer a thinner sauce, just
dilute with some water. Quick, easy and very tasty.
