Garlic Potatoes - Chef Kip Peters, Executive Chef,

The secret to this
dish according to Chef Peters is the use of Yukon gold potatoes.
If you can find them, you'll get the best from this recipe.
Ingredients:
3 lbs. Yukon Gold potatoes
4 sprigs fresh rosemary
6 cloves garlic chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp paprika
salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 350
degrees. Quarter potatoes and place them on a sheet pan.
Season with rosemary, garlic, paprika, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Mix well with your hands right on the sheet pan. Bake 20 minutes
or until potatoes pierce easily with a fork. Yields 12 4 oz.
