Hello from Canada

Hi Everyone,

Been trying to register for a few days but only noticed the gmail ban thread so have finally got around to registering with a different email.

Not new to cooking (father was a chef) but new to the big knife scene. I hope to learn from all of you and maybe teach someone else one day.

Ordered myself some Tojiro DP's on recommendation of others but thanks to the Canada Post strike they are stuck at the border. Super excited to get them.

Also interested in getting some whetstones in the future and learning to sharpen.

Other than that not much to tell.
