Hello everyone

I My name is Randy, I was just was reading on another forum about a great place called FF and figured I would come over and check it out.

Im a home cook, with a family of 5, I cook almost every meal, and enjoy working with new ingredients and trying new foods. and techniques

I dont often follow a recipe for anything, but more so use them as a rough guide to get to the destination.. Its alot of fun!

Im looking forward to reading a bunch and learning from all your posts. I may not be able to contribute very much. So let me just say THANK YOU... right now for sharing the info..

Oh yea, when Im not cooking, I am a humble knife maker. Its my passion and obsession. or should I say Addiction.. lol ;)
