Has any used the stones that Japanese knife imports sells and how good or bad are they I was looking at the polishing stone and didn't know what grit it was or acted like just curious if anyone has tried them. Peace jmbullman

James,

Which stones are you asking about? Jon has several different ones. The Gesshins have been discussed here, I think, in a thread that was either closed or almost closed. He carries the Kitayama and Naniwa 5k/10k Superstones, which are well reviewed on all the forums. Are you asking about the Takashima Awesedo naturals?

Rick
