I'm so very tired of trying to learn Indain Curry's from my co-workers.

Would someone please recommend a book? I'm looking for Vindaloo, Tikka Masala, Coconut chicken, and murgh makhani.

Be prepared to increse your spice rack by 300%....not to mention some of the pantry items.
I have been doing several basic Indian menus. The last one was for the former Ambassador to India.
