First post (question) here, great forum you guys have.

With the teflon issues resonating louder and louder, I am looking fo something to replace my non stick saute pans. looking for something relatively light, without teflon, titanium or other added on nonstick surfaces.

Would love a seasoned cast iron pan but not for sauteing. Can you recommend anyting? I think even calphalon has non stick surfaces.....

thanks

I have an Allclad Stainless saute and I like it alot. I got the bigger one, I forget how big, around 5 or 6qts i think. Most of the bigger companies have both non-stick and regular pans.

I really like my Calphlon Commercial Anodized. They clean up like nonstick but give you a better heat response and fond vs. the stainless I've used.

I have an All-Clad saute pan as well. Definitely my favorite pan.
