Looking for chefs in catering to bounce ideas around with. I run a one man catering business in a small town in Denmark and some times run out of inspiration and need some sparring partners. Do pretty much a little bit of all cuisines to make ends meet. Anybody interested?

I don't do catering anymore and only did it on a small scale too. I have lots of large hotel banquet experience that you may find useful.
