Mac Professional 270mm Gyuto
I bought this just recently but I do not use it very much.
I have just received it back from D+R Sharpening so it has very sharp edge, I also had the spine rounded so finish on the blade is top notch. The finish on the handle is a little bit rough, the tang is not smooth to the wood, it is only slight but could use smoothing down, otherwise in excellent condition.
This knife has been used only a few days at work, very light work.
I am asking for $110.00
Will consider a Western Deba in trade, preferably 165mm(ish)
Will send the knife via standard Airmail to anywhere is Europe or USA, anywhere else please ask first.
