The knifemaking/buying section was cool, but definitely underdone.

The sukiyaki chef was awesome! IC Morimoto's stuff was cool, too. Kentucky fried monkfish?

or how about that nigri? I know Nobu is spendy..what you think it costs at the best place in Tokyo??:eek:

I'm on the Eastside, but maybe when the US government stops waterboarding our West Coast gourmands with impugnity, you'll get a numerical answer (Bush lied; sushi dried!).
