Hello fellow addicts,
Let me start by thanking all of you for everything I have learned so far, really some great information shared here.
I am a Professional Chef from Utah. Currently working for a Military Food Service Contractor. Also work part-time as a consulting Chef for Rational Cooking Systems.
Kind of new to the Knife collecting business, my trusty Forschner got me by until the last year or so. Now I am becoming a full-blown addict to the finer steel knives.
I love all kinds of food, and really enjoy trying new foods. If you could see my belly through this monitor, you would definitely believe me!
