weapons of mass destruction . . . and the mr moto approved kimlans! another home game and football feast at the continental shelf. (tweyland, it was the original gang and space limited, another time)http://i16.photobucket.com/albums/b24/vho1/kimlans.jpg

a little cck action . . . my buddies were very impressed, and may be interested in joining the cleaver crowd.

can you tell what it's going to be yet?

comfort food! turkey meatloaf and mashed potatoes.

we thought cilantro might be nice in the meatloaf. so following andy777's advice, "what ever looks like the right amount of cilantro, double it." so I added 2 bunches of cilantro which had some members questioning . . . and then when eating the consensus was, "you could double that!".

I love red potatoes. they were boiled and smashed w a bulb of garlic by hand / wand blender. (yes, we could have doubled the garlic too.)

there was also a caesar salad. (but who needs a salad picture?)

Great food (or should I say small food) and great photos. Now I know why they all go to California.

Love the pics, love the post. I'm glad the cilantro worked, I could have ended up with egg on my face. I guess if my forumula works for salsa it works for meatloaf. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Wow! What a great picture of Venice beach! On a different note,
I'm curious about the picture right before your shot of finished meat loaf product---is that garlic on top of the other ingredients? If so, you won't have to worry about any Vampires this Halloween.

that's brown rice on top. (there was plenty of garlic as well.)

I thought it was garlic, too. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ooo.gif
