Add a tiny bit of redneck cayenne. Add it to the mayonnaise or whatever you are going to use. Itty bitty tiny bit.

Here is what I do.....
Meat
Lots of minced Garlic
Sliced bell peppers
Sliced onions
Lemon juice
Oregano
olive oil
S&P
Cheese
Saute the onion, bell pepper and garlic in olive oil on medium heat until almost done then drizzle with lemon juice and keep sauteing until evaporated. Sprinkle on oregano. Set aside. Put the meat in the pan and cook quickly. Form a pile and top with BP & onions, top with cheese, pour a little water in the pan on the sides to generate some steam and cover until cheese melts. Use a spatula to remove to roll.
