Hi,
I'm so happy that I found this forum.
I'm a chef and owner of Culinary Convenience, Inc. in Florida, so its not only a hobby anymore,
but its nice to enjoy going to work everyday.
I looked into this forum for some time before I registered and I'm sure that I am going to learn a lot from all of you guys and hope that our knowledge will serve all of you too.
