I just picked up this Konosuke White #2 240mm Gyuto from a member over at knifeforums. I will be sending this to Marko soon to have it rehandled and then to Dave to have the bevels reset.

How's the DT ITK 270 Suji treating you?

The DT Suji was love at first cut. Granted this was my first suji so I do not have much to compare it with. The fit and finish is perfect just the same as my 270mm ITK Gyuto. The AEB-L steel gets sharper than any other knife I own and what else is there to say, I love it! My two DT ITK's are really pulling me in the direction of ordering a custom knife from Devin to see what the "next level" is all about.
