Thought I would check things out on the otherside of the kitchen. I am an avid home cook, a chef by no means, but I do the bears share of the cooking. BBQ is an area that is whispering in my ear, and I have a huge sweet tooth. (keeps me warm in the winter In my spare time, I also put together custom knives, I see some familliar names here, so I'm looking forward to learning a thing or two.
