    Oops, I thought I posted a pic of the last batch I made. This batch came out awesome. I used a combination of regular flour and high gluten flour, waited a little longer for the second rise and definitely made sure the measurements were correct . In a word...awesome! Thanks Bear for the inspiration.

    No worries! I have another favorite cinnamon roll, actually a little twist on them in that they are pastry based. IMG_4081.jpg

    This looks awesome. I'm in the office and definitely need a cinammon roll boost I will try it out this week-end.
