Hey everyone. I'm a foodie & restauranteur living in South Arkansas (Go Hogs). I love to talk "shop" with those of you in the industry, but I spend a significant amount of my time away from the restaurants cooking food, testing recipes, or trying out other restaurants so I'm also a foodie at home with the family.
