My temperature gauge/knob is in Celsius.. Well, to be frank, the last position is labeled MAX and the whole knob goes in 50°C steps (0 50 100 150 200 MAX) so I think the MAX settings it around 250°C .. or at least I hope.
But I know the best temperature would be somewhere around 300°C .
Even >400°C for firewood ovens.

400'C might be a bit over the reach.
450°C for the true pizza napoletana. It depends on the dough of course. The 90 seconds pizza will develop an alveolar texture:
