Itkitchenknife.com has been replaced by an ominous looking placeholder, and no one seems to have the knives in stock. No mention anymore on Chefsknivestogo. Anyone heard anything?

aframestokyo has a bunch, though they might be leftovers.
I'm not shopping for one, just curious about the disappearance.
Did they make their own knives or did they finish and engrave OEMs?
Like many Japan blades the Tadatsuna have gone up in price quite a bit.Or perhaps it is like a Spyderco sprint run when production stops the demand and price go up.I bought an M-390 when they came out,now I have seen them sell for double what I paid. bidding on E-Bay.
Sprint runs are fun! I don't need another Para2, but that one has different colored handles or some new steel!
I just purchased my first EDC over the weekend, it's a Para2 and I'm pumped to check it out.
I wanted the M390 or even the S35VN versions, but none were in stock that I could find...so I just went with S30V, as its all I really need.
Wondering if this could be the start of a new addiction...we'll see in a few days!
Yes it can be an addiction. 99 limited I got the black Para. S30V as well for arount 100.00.That steel is pretty good I like S35VN steel alot it's in the same ballpark. That para in black is a good looking knife.
Being a full on hopeless carbon junkie I also have the Aogami Super blue,I like the locking better on the Para's,however the superblue is very thin behind the edge,& it is razor sharp it's the one I carry around in my cargo shorts.
I just sold my PM2 M390 on BF. I still have one in CTS-XHP with the orange G10 scales that I'd like to unleash. I originally bought three Sprint run PM2s and a black on black S30V and decided I liked the black blade the best.
Maybe mongatu would know? He's got Spydies and a Tadatsuna.
