    Default Giant Chinese Cleaver

I bought two of these a few weeks ago thinking I could handle something bigger after getting the Masahiro M3, I was wrong. Too big for my tastes.

I'm giving the other one to a friend who is a prep cook.

I think Andy is currently trying one of these out. If I remember correctly he said the steel was about as good as a CCK.

F&F is pretty rough, but could easily be remedied in a few minutes on a belt sander. If the buyer want's I will perform this service and sharpen it for an extra $5.00.

Asking $30.00, add $5 for USPS Priority Shipping.

    Thanks!

    Lee
