I was a line cook for them a while back and really loved the kitchen. I it the slickest most well designed kitchen I've ever worked in. It's french island style range with a horse shoe counter pass all the way around. THe whole pass in lined with electrical outlets under the counter so you can plug in any where. The heat lamps are retractable and each stations garbage can is tucked unthe counter with a hole cut in it for a trach shoot. Ahhh..heaven.
