I like chef wear, just hate that they put their logo all over everything. Surprisingly enough my current favorite jacket is from Cintas, very nice, light good details and inexpencive at 35ish. (actually I really like chef's hat, but shipping from canada's gotten to be a pain).

Anyone ever used the crooked brook jacket? They look sweet, but IDK about spending knife $$$ on a jacket

yeah I hate being a logo but the stuff is great. I need new shoes. Any recomendations for someone with wide flat feet and week ankles from around dozen dislocation. I hate danscos and any other traditional style clog. I like slip on stuff too.

Mine got toe up! but I wore 'em till they fell apart they were so nice. Just didn't hold up. which is why I went back to regular clogs. How about berkentock's I know some chef's who swear by them. Pretty sure they make some for the kitchen

I wear chefworks baggy black pants, ventilated skull cap, chefs coat, full front apron and either Dansko's or Birkenstock professional clogs. The Dansko's have better slip resistance but the Birki's are a little more comfortable on my feet so I alternate them.
