    That's one awesome knife!

    Jannie, that is koa burl in the middle, the dark wood is ebony.

    Sorry guys and gals, for now you have to click on attachments til I have some time to figure this out.

    Here is my Hiromoto gyuto 270 with Fish handle, maple burl I believe...my favourite knife.

    Carter 300 sfgz suji with ebony handle from EE, currently for sale since I don't use it but I don't mind to keep it either since I love Carters.

    CCK cleaver I think it's a 1103 pretty nice but I haven't gotten used to it.
