Default Help deciphering Glestain insert pamphlet

I know this is a long shot, but here goes.

Every Glestain comes with a small, two-sided pamphlet in the box which, I assume, tells something about their different model lines and which seems to include some care, maintenance, and sharpening instructions. Unfortunately, I do not read Japanese.

The illustrated instructions I can pretty well figure out: the picture of the knife opening a can with a / across the picture obviously means this is no Ginsu, and the picture of the knife being pulled "backward" on a steel means they suggest you steel with the edge trailing. The rest of the pamphlet, however, is a mystery to me.

While I'm pretty sure I know which end to hold and which to cut with, I'm really very curious about the contents of this insert.

Are there any Glestain owners on this forum who can translate their pamphlet, or who know a reader of Japanese who has translated it for them?

    Any help is appreciated.

If you got it from Koki, she can probably summarize if for you. Or, if you wait a few months, I will probably ask her to do that when I place my order
