More like little pastry tool thingies every where. That girl buys a new little tool, mold, bowl, etc.., every week I swear. I think all her little things ad up to as much as my knife habbit.

Thanks guys, she is so happy and nervous it's crazy.
The baking forum might be in for a treat soon because she been thinking of joining the forum after snooping around on here looking for birthday ideas for me. She thinks you guys are as quirky as funny as me.

Corral here in here. Since I started Weight Watchers I haven't done any baking except for a little loaf of bread per week. Well, there have been a couple of pizzas. We need somebody there to talk about baking.

Egullet is nice but, this site is really better at helping rank novices do better so that they can read what's available at Egullet and actually understand it.

also, I don't know if I'm impressed, or scared at her ability to break petty knives. I sort of associated pastry chefs with kindly quilters. does she have super human strength? I've been using that same oxo petty (civilian use) for years. or is there something about you that brings it out of her? ie., she's baking and gets a call that you bought another knife?
