Some of you may have noticed (or not) that I deleted my original Show and Tell thread about 6 months ago. Since I took pictures of every knife that has graced my kitchen I thought it would be fun to start a new thread showing pics of all the various stuff I've had over the years rather than the usual this-is-what-I-have type of thread. Since all my pictures are on my home computer I'll have to start posting them tonight or tomorrow. Hope people find this somewhat interesting to look at.

I left my Tosagata knife outside after using it to break down boxes and it rained. Rusted, I decided to use it to work on sharpening skills since I was pretty new to doing it at the time. Made some modifications. Way too much work went into it but I learned a lot from the experience.

Hiromoto AS gyuto 240mm. JCK used to have a give-away each month based on customer knife sales. Anyone who made a purchase got their name put into a hat and my name was drawn the first month of this promo. This knife was the prize...June 2005.
