    Looks great! Man I have no patience to do stuff like that. I just cook, sharpen, drink, play bass and surf this here forum. Manual labor, other than food related, and I'm lost.

    the integral damascus bolster is really awesome. is the chef's ground thick like the santoku ?

    I wish but it's a formidable guitar. The maker's name is Henneken, formerly from Finland now in Germany. Evidently he screwed some people and stopped making guitars. Handmade, solid spruce.

    Nothing wrong with some good spruce.....I never got into the archtop thing but some of them are truly works of art....D'Aquisto anyone?....cool knives too.

    How much did that Mizuno gyuto set you back, anyway? I sure wish mine arrived that nicely finished
