    Wow, that's pretty. I must admit that I like the new Kanji stamp. It seems bolder.
    Do you think this one was made by the Iizuka-san himself? (as opposed to his sons making them, I remember it coming up in a previous Shigefusa thread)
    Now, if I only needed a 240 Miroshi Deba... (Who NEEDS one that size?!)

    Except, of course, it's not in stock like most of his listings. I must have added 6 or 7 to the cart over the past year only to find them out of stock. One just last week, in fact. Does he carry more than one of anything in stock?

    He usually only has one in stock. The Shigi damascus 240mm gyuto he listed recently, 2 came in, but he still only listed it as one. It is an operation run from his house so it's just a hobby. It sometimes takes a few hours or days for him to update the stock on his site.

    it should be in stock...he removes them when they are sold

    If i didn't just buy a 210 gyuto from JWW I would buy this one myself...haven't seen a shigi Mioroshi

    Vai - If you place it in the cart it will show as not in stock. Most of the knives on the site are the same, not noted in the description.
