My Growing Collection
These are some shots of my 3 day old Kikuichi Carbon Elite. Just went through some onion minced to onion paste with no off color/odor. I think the patina is finally there. What do you guys think?

Thats a promising patina!
thanks, couple lemons, lots of washing, and a couple shallots/onions later. I also have a Togi Inox and Mac Petty..I really enjoy the Mac, it is great to have on the line during service.
